As part of this stage, our in-house team will then arrange a consultation with one of our expert trainers (carefully selected to match your organisation and topic area). This meeting allows the trainer to explore your specific requirements in more detail, ask the right questions and begin planning a tailored training programme designed around your team.

The trainer will work with you to understand:

  • Your organisational background, aims and learning objectives

  • Delivery preferences and logistics, including virtual or face-to-face delivery, number of attendees and session timings

  • Any specific requirements, accessibility needs or factors that may impact delegates’ ability to learn effectively
